Key responsibilities
- Creative Design Work: Be part of the team that brings sports and entertainment projects to life! Assist in the development of designs for dynamic venues like stadiums, arenas, and performance spaces.
- Drawing and Modelling: Get hands-on with technical drawings and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino. This is your chance to build your technical skills while contributing to large-scale, exciting projects.
- Visual Presentations: Help create engaging renderings and presentations that showcase our designs. You’ll be part of the team that pitches our ideas to clients and stakeholders, helping to turn visions into reality.
- Site Visits: Gain real-world experience by visiting live sites, taking part in surveys, and understanding the challenges of working on construction sites.
- Research & Innovation: Research the latest trends in sports and entertainment architecture, from crowd management to cutting-edge venue designs, and help us stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaboration: Work with senior architects, consultants, and engineers in a collaborative, supportive environment. Your input is valued, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn from the best.

Key requirements
- A Fresh Graduate: You’ve just completed or are about to complete your Part 1 Architecture degree (or equivalent), and you're eager to launch your career in architecture.
- Positive Attitude & Enthusiasm: You bring a can-do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for sports, entertainment, and design. We’re looking for someone who is excited to learn, grow, and contribute to the team.
- Software Skills: You have experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). If you’re still learning, don’t worry—we’ll support you in getting up to speed.
- Creative Design Mindset: A keen eye for design and the ability to think outside the box. You’re excited about creating spaces that inspire and enhance the fan experience.
- Team Player: You love working with others and have excellent communication skills. We want someone who’s collaborative, open to feedback, and ready to contribute.
- Passion for Sports & Entertainment: If you’ve ever dreamed of working on stadiums, arenas, or entertainment venues, this role is for you! Your enthusiasm for these types of projects will make you a perfect fit for our team.
- Extra Software Skills: If you’re familiar with Rhino, SketchUp, or V-Ray, that’s awesome. If not, don’t worry—we’ll help you learn!
