Overview
This role sits within the Global Operations team, delivering for the Global Marketing department for Haleon.
Based in the Publicis Le One London Hub, you will be a key member of the Global to BU team (GTM), supporting essential workstreams focused on media data management and delivery. You will work closely with Account Managers and other stakeholders, helping to ensure the accurate, timely, and consistent supply of media data across global markets.
This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on experience at the intersection of data, media, and marketing operations, working on high-visibility global projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the collection and organization of media data from multiple local markets.
- Act as the key point of contact for assigned workstreams, providing regular progress updates to internal teams and clients.
- Help set up and maintain a regular data delivery cadence (monthly/quarterly) in alignment with operational goals.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and local market teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
