Overview
The role focuses on administration relating to Operational & Activation tasks around campaign approval. It’s an exceptionally varied role that includes trafficking artwork, booking, invoicing/reconciliation and the reporting of campaigns (the entirety of the campaign life cycle) across OOH media and all our exciting clients/agency brands.
Responsibilities
- Maintain central folders for billing lists, approval forms, and client PO's.
- Upload campaign data (e.g., AF’s, Upsites, Playout data) to PURL and manage internal processes.
- Set up campaigns, handle operational and financial changes, including artwork delivery and budget accuracy.
- Input campaign budgets into the invoicing system, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments.
- Submit required details for new/amended OOH Media Owner setups and campaign tracking.
- Manage artwork trafficking and ensure timely delivery for activation.
- Collate and submit end-of-campaign reports for compliance.
- Resolve or escalate media vendor invoice/order queries.
- Pull data for finance audits, OOH reporting, and compile necessary reports.
- Develop a basic understanding of media/client requirements to spot errors in plans.
- Contribute to team meetings, initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
- Build expertise in necessary tools and systems.
- Assist with ad-hoc duties from OOH Ops and Finance directors.
Qualifications
