What will you be doing?

The Exec’s role is to be the day-to-day owner of their assigned brands' accounts. Be curious, proactive, and work with your Account Manager and the wider team to understand and improve performance, while developing strong relationships with all stakeholders. Your dedication and accuracy are also imperative relating to all processes including finance, budget pacing, reporting, campaign builds, optimisation, and more.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating and developing media plans
  • Building audience segments
  • Booking and running campaigns across social media platforms
  • Budget monitoring and pacing
  • Producing and updating reports and summary presentations
  • Drawing insights from data analysis
  • Keeping up to date with industry developments
  • Communicating with the client for planning and reporting stages

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the digital industry and technology. They will be interested in understanding how consumers think, feel and behave in relation to products and services; and in how technology can enable brands to engage with and influence this behaviour. The individual will enjoy working with data and have very strong attention to detail. They will be a team player who is keen to learn and is results-driven. They will be ready to take responsibility for the effective implementation of activity within their accounts.

Pre-requisites for the role

  • Desire to work with an automotive client – is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the client; get first-hand client information and uses it for improvements in media recommendations; acts with clients in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with clients and gains their trust and respect.
  • Strategic Ability – Can anticipate future consequences and trends accurately; has broad knowledge and perspective; is future oriented.
  • Analytical Ability – Able to draw insights from data analysis and suggest recommendations
  • Drive for Results – Is action oriented and full of energy for the things they see as challenging; eager to learn and apply new initiatives to increase performance within the team and for the client.
  • Relationships and Teamwork – Is seen as a team player and is collaborative, easily gains trust and support of peers; encourages collaborations; can quickly find common ground and solve problems for the good of all; can represent their own interest and yet be fair to other groups.
  • Performics values and ethics – Is open to new ideas and change, curious, and collaborative; actively builds their knowledge, skills and digital expertise in order to promote and deliver effective campaigns ; desire to contribute, above and beyond role, to the agency as a whole.
