As a leader in the aerospace industry, we have a number of exciting positions available right now, including an Industrial Placement – Business Systems in our Seating business located in Kilkeel, Northern Ireland.
What you will do
- Assist in the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the development and maintenance of system documentation and user guides.
- Participate in system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices in business systems.
Qualifications you must have
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of business systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
Qualifications we prefer
- Previous internship or project experience in business systems or related fields.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python.
