What our engineering graduates say

Being on the GDP was a fantastic opportunity to learn about your own style and personality traits and how you can better adapt your approach to situations and people in the work place. It also provided a great network across the functions and the sites that I have been able to reach out to for support during my time at Raytheon UK.

As a Graduate Systems Engineer at Raytheon UK within the APNT team, I was given the opportunity to contribute from day one. I have supported the development of the anti-jam systems of tomorrow all the way from requirements to testing and qualification.

My ideas get listened to and are given consideration. I have the privilege of being mentored by colleagues that have made it to the very top of their field and absorb the knowledge and experience that has taken them years to acquire.
