Working at Reckitt’s, state of the art £100m Science and Innovation Centre, this placement will give you a fantastic foundation of knowledge of Reckitt and a unique insight into the workings of a global FMCG company.

There are lots of opportunity to get stuck into different projects. You can expect hands on responsibility from day one. You will be working alongside highly experienced and knowledgeable industry experts, who will help you develop a whole range of new skills.

About the role

Your placement will be non-laboratory based within the Global Regulatory Operations function, specifically working within our Medicines team giving you the opportunity to work on some of our world leading medicines brands.

You are studying any scientific degree, including but not limited to Chemistry, Biology, Biomedical Science, Microbiology, pharmaceutical science or any other life science degree.

You are looking for a 12-month placement starting in Summer 2024 - please note that this placement role will be fully office based with no laboratory work, as such please ensure your degree requirements for your placement year are suitable for this.

Your responsibilities

  • Efficient and effective, execution as well as project management of post approval maintenance regulatory activities.
  • Ensure successful delivery of assigned projects and activities within agreed timelines.
  • Utilises their understanding of stakeholders as well as product expertise to deliver excellent regulatory support
  • Develop good working relationships with peers and external contacts
  • Operate in line with departmental SOPs.
  • Develops his/her regulatory knowledge in post approval maintenance
