    We currently have an opporunity to join our 2-year Early Talent Development Program in the Global Regulatory Group in Welwyn.

    The Opportunity

    The Regulatory Graduate Program is a 2-year program that offers you the opportunity to get hands-on work experience and provides a strong foundation for a future career in Regulatory Affairs.

    You will gain insight into the work of regulatory professionals and learn how we provide regulatory support and leadership throughout the lifecycle of the product, from initial first-in-human studies all the way to the point at which the product life cycle comes to an end. You will develop expertise in different regulatory functional areas including strategy and planning, document authoring and labeling. The program provides a broad foundational knowledge of regulatory affairs through a mixture of hands-on work and custom built learning solutions.

    To broaden your experience across the development value chain you will also have the opportunity to go for a 6-month rotation in another function.

    Who are we looking for

    • You recently completed your degree (B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D.) in life or pharmaceutical sciences, or a similar qualification, preferably with focus in regulatory affairs.
    • You have excellent team-work skills and effective collaboration is one of your key strengths, with strong engagement and motivation capabilities.
    • You demonstrate strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • You are able to work flexibly, in a self-organized and well-coordinated manner in a very dynamic environment.
    • You are someone that demonstrates a learning mindset and you are someone that seeks out personal growth and development
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with curiosity and willingness to learn are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English.
    • You will have a basic understanding of drug development and entry level understanding of the role of a regulatory professional
    • You have a Maximum of 1 year of relevant pharmaceutical experience post your last degree
