We are looking for a Graduate to join our Join our dynamic FM Application Support Team as a Power Platform Developer!
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for transforming raw data into meaningful solutions, with good experience of designing and developing MS Power BI Reports, MS PowerApps & Power Automate.
Your mission
Key activities
- Translating Business requirements into effective solutions using MS Power BI and MS PowerApps.
- Able to design, develop and maintain data models, queries, visualizations and interactive dashboards that effectively communicate data insights and support decision-making.
- Perform data analysis to derive insights that contribute to enhanced business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration and governance initiatives.
- Provide end-user support, training and guidance on Power BI usage, functionality, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation including user guides and best practices
- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability and compliance.
- Address and resolve any data discrepancies or quality issues in a timely manner
- Uphold a vigilant approach towards IT Security, ensuring that all developmental and administrative processes prioritize security protocols.
- Develop and maintain PowerApps business applications.
- Engineer automations to facilitate data integration between systems.
Who are we looking for
- Completed a Degree in the last 2 years or due to complete in 2024
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- 6+ months working with Power Platform.
- Strong software development fundamentals.
- Experience in data modelling, visualization and report development.
- Proficiency in MS Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, Power Automate and PowerApps; certification desirable
- Knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), queries and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Experience of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights concisely,
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated individual with a ‘can’ do positive attitude.
