The role

Join our dynamic Risk-to-Integrity (R2I) Digital Cell as a Legal Intern. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and sustaining of digital projects for our Legal function. Reporting to the General Counsel– Legal Practices and the R2I Digital Cell Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in advancing our digital capabilities.

The Risk to Integrity team manages all the digital and data resources for Legal, HSE and Operations Integrity so it can be expected that the successful candidate will be working closely with peers from the three functions.

The internship focusses primarily on the use of Microsoft Power Platform (including Power Apps, Power BI etc), to create and improve business process and automations. There may be projects with more AI and Machine Learning.

Key responsibilities and duties

  • Develop and implement Legal digital projects from start to finish
  • Keep abreast of all project maintenance and upgrade requests for Legal digital projects
  • Monitor live projects for usage analysis and to ensure bug mitigation
  • Develop extensive relationships with Legal/R2I management to enable strong collaboration
  • Build an effective repository of all existing projects and their details
