Job Summary

  • Create new learning items & all offering underneath Finance
  • Enrolment of finance population in the system & track the completion of training
  • Helping with the delivery of virtual or in person trainings
  • Process improvement to ensure efficiency on archiving and tracking of training records and identifying eligible populations


  • Provide administrative support for the finance function’s Training and Development team
  • Maintain and analyze data pertaining to training records
  • Implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of services


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance or Human Resources preferred
  • Strong background is MS Excel and other O365 tools
  • Digitally inclined, desire to learn PowerBI


This is a 12-month internship and we are looking for someone that is available immediately.
