Our Customer Service, Regulation, Network Performance and Commercial teams, within SP Energy Networks, are key to delivering Our Business Plans: RIIO-2 - SP Energy Networks, to achieve our goals of a Just Transition to a sustainable Net Zero future. These teams support a wide range of activities covering the governance, control, and delivery of business plans through to commercial and customer support. And in 2023, we need passionate graduates to join us on this exciting journey to deliver innovative solutions to increase efficiency and achieve our Net Zero future.
What you’ll be doing
Right from the start, you’ll make real world contributions to our Net Zero ambition. This might be through driving the decarbonising of our network through a focus on financial control and continuous improvements across our commercial and customer areas, delivering excellent customer service to our stakeholders and customers or driving our strategy in response to regulatory needs and changes. Our programme is shaped around building your knowledge and experience of our core business functions such as Finance and Control, Business Change, Project Management and Customer Service. You’ll get the all-round experience of a dynamic commercial organisation which will enable to you to excel in our global organisation. Our world is changing quickly, and we need the brightest and the best to drive our business through this electricity revolution into the decades to come.
Entry Requirements
Honours Degree (or equivalent) at a minimum of 2:2 in Business Studies, Business with IT, Economics, Accountancy (Management), Customer Service or similar.
