As part of SEP2's dedication to nurturing and developing our staff, we are now on the look-out for university graduates to join our expanding Sales team for the role of a ‘Business Development Graduate’.

Based from our London office, close to popular station London Bridge, you’ll be learning the entire sales process journey, from outreaching to prospective customers, through to gaining experience and exposure in the final stages of an engagement, with plenty of development along the way.

More about the role

As a Business Development Graduate, you will primarily be bringing new customers on board and learning how to make the ever-lasting first impression the SEP2 way.

This means you’ll be getting in contact with potential organisations who could benefit from our solutions and services, striking up conversations, building relationships and positioning SEP2 as the industry experts and technical authority in our market.

Using telephone, email, corporate events and social media, you’ll contact potential customers, develop an understanding of their requirements and convey the value of our services as well as our company.

From the outset, you’ll have the chance to take responsibility for your own projects meaning this is an excellent opportunity for ambitious aspiring sales professionals to take charge and make your mark.

Other duties will include

  • Updating the CRM
  • Reporting figures and stats weekly
  • Growing your network via social media and corporate events
  • Qualifying prospects through consultative questioning and the understanding of our products
  • Begin to shadow and run prospective customer meetings

What you will need

  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm and drive to succeed
  • Strong English verbal and written skills
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Presenting
  • University degree


You'll be starting off on a salary of £24,000 with the opportunity to earn commission. On top of this, we also offer:
