  • Opportunities to shadow current Finance Graduates.
  • Complete a real-life Finance project.
  • Explanation of the CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification, including top tips on how to be successful from current employees in Finance.

Friday 19th April of this Insight Week will be dedicated to an Assessment Centre for our 2025 Finance Summer Internship programme.

What we’re looking for

The one essential requirement is that you’re studying for an undergraduate degree in any subject, and in your first year.

  • A great verbal and written communicator.
  • Detail focused.
  • People-oriented with strong organisation skills.
  • Proactive and keen to drive improvement.
  • A problem solver, with skills to overcome obstacles.

About our Finance Summer Internship programme – starting July 2025

The Finance Summer Internship programme is an eight-week opportunity for students who want to become accountants. It’s based in Osterley, West London, and offers a chance to join the Graduate Programme in 2026. On our internship you’ll learn about Finance in business, work on a project, collaborate with other teams, improve your problem-solving skills, and at the end present their work to senior Finance staff. The application process

Step 1 – Submit your application on our system. We'll ask for your personal details, academic information, and anything else you think would be relevant, such as work experience. Once your application has been submitted, you'll be invited to complete our immersive digital assessments. This may land in your junk folder, so don't forget to check it.

Step 2 – Complete our online digital assessments. These look at your Sky fit and your business fit. Why not pop onto our dedicated Prep hub to familiarise yourself with some of these digital assessments before completion. You'll also practice each of these assessments beforehand such as online immersive assessment and numerical reasoning test, so please read our email instructions carefully. We've added some tips to help you along the way.

Due to the overwhelming number of applications, we have decided to close the application process earlier than planned. The deadline is now 13th March 2024.
