    Join the Sky team at our new at our new state-of-the-art film and TV studio based in Elstree, Hertsmere. Immerse yourself while working alongside our talented teams on a host of Sky Originals, created by Sky Studios, as well as major film productions from Universal Pictures, Focus Features and Working Title, and television series from Universal Studio Group.

    During this programme you’ll be working as a flexible resource in support of all departments across Sky Studios Elstree, the Runners team has a critical role to play in ensuring that Studio clients and users have a first-class experience whilst working at Sky Studios Elstree.

    What you’ll be doing

    During this 12-month programme, you’ll experience two six-month rotations across the Client Services and Operations teams. This placement may involve a variety of shift patterns.

    You’ll be

    • Providing first class customer service support to clients working at Sky Studios Elstree
    • Providing day to day support, as required, across the site to:
      • Client Services
      • Operations
      • Front of House / Reception team
      • Mailroom team
      • Health & Safety
      • IT
    • Support in setting up and clearing down client areas before and after occupation across the site in offices, stages, dressing rooms, make-up, wardrobe, production support buildings, screening rooms, meeting rooms, etc.
    • Providing on-set runner service, if required by production
    • Administrative support to Client Services and Operations teams as required.

    What we’re looking for

    This programme is aimed at anyone aged 18 or over by 15th October 2023 that is not currently studying at university or a graduate. If you’re a graduate or currently completing a degree, check out our Creative Access opportunities.

    Your application journey

We’ll be looking at your behavioural and cognitive strengths. Responses to these questions vary from written answers, to recorded video.

    Step 3 - For the final stage of your application, we’ll invite you to a digital assessment centre and give you some tasks to get to know you better. The day will give you a practical insight into the role and will assess your Sky fit for TV and media. Once you’ve completed your assessment day, we’ll let you know when you can expect to hear back from us.
