We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Controller to join our growing finance team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant with a background in business services or corporate accounting, who is looking to step into a dynamic, global environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, management accounts, and compliance activities, with a strong focus on ERP system implementation and integration. Experience or exposure to US tax and NetSuite ERP is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with US GAAP and UK regulations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors during audit cycles
- Contribute to the implementation and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system, including data migration, testing, and training
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, particularly US tax reporting obligations
- Maintain financial controls and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve financial operations and reporting efficiency
Skills required
- Newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Background in business services or as a junior accountant in a corporate finance function
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience or working knowledge of US tax regulations
- ERP implementation experience; NetSuite strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
