Space & Time are looking for a Media Executive passionate about taking their digital advertising and media buying, career to the next level, and add an extra spark to our team in London or Reigate.

The role

As a Media Executive, you’ll be assisting Performance Managers and Senior Media Executives with the administration as well as the planning and buying of first-class media campaigns.

The role involves administrating media bookings, researching media opportunities, liaising with clients, creative agencies and internal specialists, and to assist on the reporting on the impact of media activity.

Key duties

  • Administration of media bookings, inputting orders, adding bookings onto the system and running schedules
  • Liaising with clients via phone and email providing excellent customer service
  • Negotiating improved rates for clients, securing added value where possible
  • Providing guidance to clients and agency partners regarding media schedules, creative specs etc.
  • Producing monthly reports
  • Regularly attending and contributing to team and supplier meetings

Experience & skills

  • Sound basic knowledge of most media channels
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication. Confidently communicates with clients and suppliers by email
  • Good telephone communicator with clients/suppliers/senior colleagues
  • Methodical and analytical
  • Proactively manages deadlines relating to their own client accounts
  • A strong foundation of building relationships with key media owners​
