About the role

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Content Creator with a strong interest in social media and music to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in editing, have a keen eye for detail, and be eager to contribute innovative ideas to our digital content strategy. Additionally, familiarity with camera equipment and videography skills are highly desirable.

Your primary responsibility will involve managing the social media channels of a music artist, which includes posting content on their channels every day.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and dynamic content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Be involved in the brainstorming and writing process.
  • Help producing and planning the shoots and securing props & locations.
  • Ingest, organise and edit the footage to ensure high-quality videos.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for content optimisation and audience engagement.
  • Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery of assets and adherence to deadlines.
  • Participate in video shoots, and other content production activities as needed, demonstrating proficiency in camera operation and basic videography techniques.

Key skills

  • Strong passion for social media and music, with a solid understanding of various platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
  • Basic videography skills and familiarity with camera equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
  • Previous experience with social media management or content creation is a plus but not essential.
