What you will do
During your training, you'll gain hands-on experience in key areas such as:
- Tender Process: Review drawings, analyse tenders, and negotiate with contractors.
- S.I.T Budgets: Create and manage Excel SIT Budgets, utilise COINS SIT Budgets.
- Order Placement: Chair meetings and facilitate COINS Order Placement.
- Payments: Generate payment batches, address invoice queries, and draft certificates.
- CVR: Conduct valuations, reconcile costs and compile comprehensive reports.
- Subcontractor Management: Cultivate relationships, manage accounts and understand pricing structures.
