    The role

    To support the UK legal team with the review and drafting of contracts, data privacy matters and administrative requirements.

    Accountabilities

    • Responding to contractual enquiries including reviewing and drafting of contracts
    • Assistance and performance of data subject access requests
    • Upkeep of record of data processing activities
    • Management of data privacy mailbox to answer any questions and respond/help resolve reported data protection issues
    • Monitoring intellectual property registrations and queries
    • Gathering and preparing data for Legal Team work projects
    • Helping in the development of templates
    • Helping in the development of Automated Legal Processes
    • Keeping the Company Statutory Books up to date
    • Data entry into departmental databases
    • Research into Legal Operations best practice
    • Assisting the Legal Administrator with the general administration of the legal filing system including opening of files, administration of the execution of documents and other processes
    • Assisting in preparation of process mapping and best practice documentation.
    • Performing other duties as assigned by Legal Department.

    • Excellent IT Skills
