    The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) immerses high potential early talent in three 12-month assignments in various areas of Terex. Rotations will include Corporate (such as Treasury, Accounting, Tax), Global Business Services (such as Accounts Payable, GL Accounting) and Operational Finance (such as Financial Planning & Analysis) and may be anywhere in the world. The cross-functional assignments will provide an opportunity to expand your Finance skills and your knowledge of Terex’s business. We expect FLDP participants to advance as leaders at Terex, as the cross-functional exposure creates well-rounded team members who understand how the business works and how the Finance function contributes to our company’s success.

    The FLDP is open to early talent candidates who have a track record of good performance, are flexible with regards to relocation and/or extensive travel, and who are committed to completing the program.  First rotations begin in June 2023.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities will be dependent on business needs and might be tailored to individual strengths and interests. However, you can expect to:

    • Develop a robust understanding of Terex products and services, how we achieve our financial objectives, and how team leadership and influencing skills as a finance leader are critical to the success of the organization.
    • Perform financial analysis and/or accounting duties as an individual contributor, ensuring that work product is timely and accurate, the work is performed in a manner that minimizes manual processes and is delivered with a customer focus.
    • Lead short and medium-term duration projects, building an action-oriented skill set that enables successful project delivery and confidence from project team members and matrix partners.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited college
    • Minimum 3.0 GPA required
    • Track record of demonstrable accomplishments in school and at work
    • Commitment to three 12-month assignments
    • Ability to relocate anywhere globally
