The role
We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team in Woking.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that financial information and documents are accurately captured, processed and controlled to meet accounting terms and deadlines. Production of timely business and management information, the UK Accounts Payable Assistant will be key in contributing to the effective and efficient delivery of a high-quality service to Business Partners and external customers, you will support the Accounts Payable Controller and UK Transactional Manager in ensuring that the Finance team provide an efficient and effective service.
About you
Ideally you should have 2 years previous transactional processing experience in accounts payable alongside an understanding/experience of working in a finance department as part of a busy team. Excellent accuracy and attention to detail while working under pressure is a must alongside a strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook & MS Teams.
