    As a Marketing Executive within the Business Excellence team, you will play a crucial role in supporting and reporting to the Marketing & Business Excellence Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include managing digital and print marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand representation across all materials, and actively contributing to social media management, content creation, and website maintenance. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills.

    Your main duties will be

    • Create and manage social media content (images, gifs, videos) using Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on LinkedIn and Twitter
    • Monitor social media performance, analyse metrics, and implement strategies to improve engagement and reach
    • Edit and update content on the Company website through our custom CMS system
    • Implement SEO best practices, particularly focusing on design aspect
    • Design PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials in alignment with brand guidelines
    • Collaborate with internal customers to understand their marketing material needs and provide support accordingly
    • Work on company literature such as brochures and presentations, ensuring consistency in branding
    • Support the internal Sharepoint page and develop media libraries
    • Develop compelling and effective copy for marketing campaign materials
    • Manage marketing projects with external marketing agencies to ensure successful campaign execution
    • Manage the production of internal and external email communications using MailChimp
    • Produce monthly reports on all marketing activities, including social media performance, website analytics, and the success of digital marketing campaigns

    Your profile

    • Up to 2 years experience within a Marketing experience (ideally in a B2B industry)
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
    • Experience in editing content on a company website
    • Strong understanding of working within strict brand guidelines
    • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Twitter
    • Experience in creating company literature such as brochures
    • Understanding of SEO with a focus on technical aspects
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
    • Active driver with the ability to travel to 9 different sites
