Tikehau Capital Graduate Program helps build a valuable professional career boost.

Selected Graduate Analysts are chosen to pass several rotations between different teams to broaden their scope of work, discover Company’s operations in depth and gain crucial applicable skills for their career.

The Graduate Program consists of 3 rotations of 6 months each (18 months total), with the first one being held in the final integration team (the one you see in the announce).

We aim to give our Graduate Analysts a visible learning curve, exposure, and internal network opportunities.

What you'll do 

A European opportunistic credit strategy focusing on corporate and real estate credit. We provide bespoke capital solutions in situations characterized by a scarcity of liquidity, across primary and secondary markets.

The strategy spans multiple areas of expertise and brings together Tikehau’s shared investment capabilities with the following key governing principles:

  • Transversal approach, leveraging the firm’s global reach and capabilities in terms of local intelligence, research, deal sourcing and execution
  • Nimble deployment across multiple asset classes
  • Flexible investment scope, allowing us to navigate across the capital structure in order to provide bespoke and versatile capital in a variety of contexts.

Taking an active role in the entire spectrum of special opportunities and / or real estate credit investment.

  • Analysing investment memos, and presentations
  • Researching strategic and financial trends within specific sectors or industries
  • Undertaking company and / or real estate valuation based on different methodologies (DCF, trading comps, etc.)
  • Autonomy with models to project future cash flows, valuations, credit/recovery analysis and sensitivity analyses based on different scenarios
  • Preparing Investment Committee memos and participating in Investment Committee
  • Monitoring pipeline and existing portfolio and preparing investor’s reporting

Who you are

A previous experience in credit investment (Corporate or Real Estate), investment banking, financial analysis, M&A, private equity or transaction services would be appreciated.

Looking for an autonomous, open-minded, team-oriented, and proactive individual, with:

  • Rigorous and excellent analytical skills and outstanding problem-solving abilities
  • A proven aptitude for working in a challenging environment
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office pack

Proficient English is required, whilst another European language is advantageous.
