    We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. You’ll mainly help coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process running smoothly, while also getting hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and learning the ins and outs of recruitment.

    In this role you’ll get to

    • Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, including phone screens, video interviews, panel interviews, and in-person meetings.
    • Proactively handle calendar conflicts and rescheduling needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
    • Communicate logistics clearly with candidates, ensuring they are prepared for each step of the interview process.
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in the ATS and recruiting spreadsheets.
    • Assist with sourcing passive candidates, drafting outreach messages, and managing talent pipelines across platforms like LinkedIn and job boards.
    • Support strategic sourcing through market research and help manage job postings across multiple channels.

    What you'll need to succeed

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or coordination is a plus
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience
    • Proficiency with calendar tools and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.)
    • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
