We are looking for exceptional data analysts to join our growing team of climate and carbon market analysts, researchers and modellers. We would love to hear from you if you have advanced research / analysis and data handling / database skills.

Responsibilities will include
- Owning Trove’s carbon credit database, including maintaining / updating, expanding, cleaning, standardising, quality checking and improving our existing database.
- Quantitative research on carbon projects and the voluntary carbon market.
- Advanced data handling, and modelling using SQL, Excel, Python and/or PowerBI.
- Working closely with colleagues in UK and India to continually advance the data and insights we provide to our clients on corporate climate commitments and the voluntary carbon market.
- Communicating insights both internally and externally, delivered to clients through monthly reporting, an online platform and occasional consulting projects.
Qualifications and experience
- Degree in quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Natural Sciences, Economics, or a related field.
- Highly proficient in Excel and SQL, with experience in Python and/or PowerBi also desirable.
- Able to effectively manage own time and be capable of communicating complex issues to colleagues. Should have lots of intellectual curiosity and be driven to succeed.
- (Preferable but not necessary) Knowledge and experience on corporate climate action and/or carbon credits.
- Excited to work in a small and fast-growing start-up where you can have an outsized influence on the success of the business.
- Demonstrable enthusiasm for addressing climate change in the corporate sector.
