    We are seeking a HR Administrator to support key HR audits and data management. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, HR system experience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

    The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 2 weeks with a pay rate of £17.75 per hour + holiday pay

    Key responsibilities

    • Conduct an audit of HR and payroll system data, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
    • Review and collate Right to Work documentation, ensuring compliance.
    • Analyse employment contracts and record contractual notice periods.
    • Organise and present HR data for review, summarising key findings.

    Selection criteria

    • Experience in sorting, organising, and reviewing HR data.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Knowledge of HR policies, visas, and employment law.
    • A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
