Graduate Programme

During this programme, you’ll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we’ll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You’ll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

What you'll be doing

  • Learn about operations on water, waste and energy service contracts.
  • Hands-on experience operating and maintaining the equipment, which covers, steam/hot water boilers, CHP, heat pumps, DHS, recycling/disposal of hazardous and commercial waste, sewerage and clean water treatment, and industrial effluent treatment with water recovery.
  • Exposure and experience delivering projects and continuous improvement.
  • The aim is to develop you from a Graduate into an operations Contract Manager to lead operational personnel and resolve technical issues.

What we're looking for

  • Degree-level qualification in engineering, ideally mechanical or electrical engineering (to be achieved by September 2024)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do attitude and someone who enjoys working as a part of the wider team
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Confident with Google and/or Microsoft products
  • Good problem-solving skills
