 What to expect 

Get hands-on experience in our Finance Business Partnering teams. Take guidance and support from experienced colleagues. Enjoy opportunities to help us drive projects forward and solve problems using your own logic and initiative. By the end of the internship, you’ll have brand new skills, advanced knowledge and loads more confidence – all helping you power through the final year of university! 

We operate a hybrid working environment, aiming for an average of 2 to 3 days per week in the office, with strong emphasis on maintaining flexibility based on our dynamic business needs.

What we look for 

We want to see your motivation, resilience and curiosity. What we really care about is that you’re a hard-working that can’t resist the urge to explore new opportunities, you have the confidence to question the ways we work, and the desire and drive  

You must have a predicted 2:1 or above. But it doesn’t matter what subject – we’re more interested in your qualities than your specific qualifications. A desire to route your finance career towards a CIMA qualification is preferred as this will help align you to joining our graduate scheme after graduation.
