What you’ll do

For this role, you’ll spend a year with our managed IT support team. Our support team are contactable over the phone or email, where clients can reach you to resolve their technical challenges.

You’ll be given the opportunity to own end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution process, empowering you to make a lasting impact and deliver exceptional service. This will give you the foundation knowledge to become a great SOC analyst and you'll be trained on all things SOC.

After your time in our managed IT support team, you’ll join the cyber team as a SOC analyst. We’ll train you up so you can build relationships with prospective and active clients across the business and act as their trusted advisor; helping them to secure their business and protect them from incoming threats. Some of the things you’ll get involved with are:

  • Malware Detection Platforms (e.g. AV, EDR, XDR)
  • Cloud Platforms (e.g. Office 365, GSuite, Azure)
  • Web Filtering systems
  • Firewalls
  • Ids/ips
  • Siem

  • Assessment Days will take place throughout January 2024 in our Durham, London and Glasgow office.
