What you will be doing
- Researching and prospecting new commercial leads through industry insight, data tools and market trends.
- Supporting the creation of pitch decks—writing copy, coordinating with design, and shaping proposals that resonate.
- Driving outreach efforts via email, social media and phone to engage with key decision-makers across the sports and entertainment landscape.
- Coordinating projects and timelines, helping to keep commercial workflows efficient, organised and on track.
- Assisting in the management of partner relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued engagement.
- Analysing market data to help inform strategic decisions, new business opportunities and commercial direction.
- Representing 54 and our partners at selected events—confidently communicating our vision and values.
What we’re looking for
- A confident communicator with the ability to manage relationships across teams and levels
- A self-starter with a sharp eye for opportunity and a passion for sports marketing
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure
- Comfortable working independently and remotely when needed
- Data-savvy, with the ability to interpret trends and turn insight into action
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a hunger to learn
- Familiarity with CRM tools or prospecting platforms is a bonus—not a barrier
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
What you’ll get
