Annabel launched her career with Berenberg's graduate programme and has since experienced multiple areas of the business, giving her widespread insight into its operations. We spoke with Annabel and she shared some of this insight with us.

Graduate Programme 2015
I joined the Leisure team when I finished the graduate programme almost two years ago and have since picked up coverage of several stocks. I found the graduate programme a hugely enjoyable and varied experience. In particular, I was impressed by the flexibility and variety of rotations available, the depth of the training and the support given whilst on the programme. The rotational aspect of the scheme developed different perspectives and skills and enabled me to build valuable relationships with people throughout various teams in the bank. Berenberg has a very positive and supportive work environment and the company clearly prides itself on its investment in the next generation. The small teams enable junior members to have direct exposure to senior colleagues with significant experience in the industry, and the opportunity to take on greater responsibility is present throughout the stages of your career.
