Everyone is friendly, approachable and supportive, there is also a very inclusive culture and employees have a great work life balance.
What has been the biggest surprise?
The level of responsibility I have had and the exposure to working with senior leaders; this has been extremely beneficial for both my personal and professional development.

What are your top tips for graduates applying for the Ford Pro graduate scheme?
It is important to do your research on the Company. Ensure you practice for the relevant stages - testing, interview etc. Share your passion for the function you are applying to and the Company as a whole. Be yourself and sell yourself by demonstrating your experience and skills.
