What motivated you to apply for the role?

What was the application process like?
“The process included virtual interviews, psychometric based questions, situational group tasks, application and analysis of individual tasks and final interview.
The most challenging aspect was the final interview as I’ve never faced a formal interview before, so it would have been easy to let nerves take over.”

What have you learned from going through the process?
“The process can be very long at times. However, perseverance is key to success throughout the stages by demonstrating your aptitude and ability to work as a team.”

“Make sure you understand the job you’re applying for, as passion in the interview process is key.
I’d also recommend remaining calm and making sure you get plenty of practice for your interviews.”
Tell us about the future. What’s next?
“I’m excited for the future as my industrial placement year starts in September.
I’m hoping to learn and develop my audit and accountancy skills with the possibility of coming back and taking the ACA exams following the completion of university.”
