What motivated you to apply for the role?
“I was motivated to apply for this role as Barclays are really invested in the career growth for young people like me.
They also use tech to solve real financial problems and I think that's such a good application of technology.”
What was your application journey like?
“I prepared for the role by doing leetcode questions as well as brushing up on my OOP knowledge and my knowledge on data structures and algorithms.
I was most nervous about the Hirevue questions as I didn't know what would be asked.”
