    Neurodiverse Leaders is a virtual event designed to connect neurodivergent students (whether you have a diagnosis or not) with leading employers who are championing diversity of thought.     Students at UK universities who graduated in 2024 or are graduating in 2025, 2026, 2027 (or 2028 if on a 4-year course)

    Those who identify as neurodiverse (official diagnosis not required)

    Best suited to entry level candidates currently studying for their first undergraduate Bachelors degree or integrated Masters

    1 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

    Ice-breaker with the Student Leadership Board

    Join the Student Leadership Board for a short warm-up activity. Active participation will be optional, with the chance to contribute in chat channels rather than on camera.

    1:30 p.m. - 2 p.m.

    Welcome & Keynote

    This session involves logging onto the Zoom Event and listening to the welcome session and keynote talk.

    2 p.m. - 2:10 p.m.

    Break

    10 minute break to digest what you heard in the keynote talk.

    2:10 p.m. - 2:40 p.m.

    Panel - Navigating neurodivergence as you start your career

    This session will be led by the employer representatives. You'll be able to listen to the session and add any comments and questions in the chat.

    2:40 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.

    Break

    5 minute break to digest what you heard in the panel discussion and think of any questions to ask the representatives.

    2:45 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.

    Panel - Q&A

    This is your opportunity to ask any questions to the panellists. You will not be required to join on camera. Questions will be asked via the chat box function on Zoom Events.

    3:15 p.m. - 3:25 p.m.

    Break

    10 minute break to step away from your screen before the final session.

    3:25 p.m. - 3:55 p.m.

    Skills session from MyPlus - Positively positioning your neurodiversity: navigating disclosure & requesting support

    30-minute skill-building session. In this session you can listen, take notes and add any questions or comments in the chat box function on Zoom Events.

    3:55 p.m. - 4:25 p.m.

    Networking

    Please note that networking is optional on this event. You are welcome to stay off camera and listen if you don't feel comfortable joining on camera or asking questions in the Q&A channel.

    4:25 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

    Wrap up

    The final 5 minutes of the event will be a short wrap up led by the Bright Network host. They will quickly conclude the event and thank you for attending. The event may end slightly before 4:30pm.
