We heard from Charlie Reynolds, Account Manager (Data Insights) about his role at Valpak.
In the short time I have worked at Valpak, I have been given endless opportunities for both professional and personal growth. I have experienced first-hand how Valpak invests in the development of their staff, having been given access to a wealth of in-depth internal training, as well as enrolment onto external training programmes since joining the company. These have massively helped broaden and specialise my skill set.
There is a real sense of community at Valpak, which ensures a friendly and positive working environment for everyone in and around the office. As a result, I have been able to build genuine friendships with colleagues from across the company; complimented hugely by the frequent social events that Valpak puts on for staff to enjoy.
Joining Valpak as an Account Manager has introduced me to numerous industry professionals, allowing me to expand my network and build meaningful connections throughout the environmental sector. My role encourages me to challenge myself every day, as no two days are exactly the same!
