Elephant Park
Over the next 15 years, Lendlease and Southwark Council’s regeneration of Elephant & Castle will create nearly 3,000 new homes as well as 160, 000 sq ft of retail space. It will also generate around 5,000 new jobs in the local area. The creation of the park will also contribute to the 1,200 plus new trees being planted throughout the area over the next ten years, representing a 60 per cent increase in the overall tree canopy.
Google, Kings Cross London
Providing more than 650,000 square feet of office space, the 330 metres long, 10 storey ground scrapper will be home to 4,000 Googlers when completed. Designed by Heatherwick Studios and BIG, in collaboration with BDP, the building will be Google’s third on the redevelopment site.
International Quarter, London
International Quarter London is a £2.4 billion joint venture development between Lendlease and LCR. Located at the heart of Europe’s largest urban regeneration in Stratford, the project will deliver four million sq. ft. of office space, new homes and community facilities within a 22-acre site.
