    About Allianz

Allianz is one the world’s leading financial services companies. We operate in over 70 countries around the world supporting more than 88 million customers.

We’re proud to be one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies, with a workforce as diverse as the world itself. We care for our employees and their individual needs and aspirations.

We are an equal opportunity employer and embrace inclusion and diversity, support flexible working, and health and wellbeing to ensure we provide a great place to work

Together, we can all shape an environment in which everyone has the confidence to dream, to explore and to grow, and to shape a better future for our customers and the world around us.

We are one of the UK’s largest general insurers, and we offer a wide range of commercial and personal insurance products.

Our commercial products are for businesses of all sizes and are sold through our broker partners and our personal insurance products include home, car, travel, musical instrument and pet insurance.

    Our partnerships

We build partnerships with organisations that share our values, especially our belief in embracing new ideas and technologies that have a positive impact on peoples' lives.

In the UK, we do this through being the Official Insurance Partner of England Rugby, Men’s and Red Roses team’s, Premiership Women’s Rugby (formerly Allianz Premier 15s), Allianz Cup and Allianz Inner Warrior.

The partnership captures our commitment to sporting excellence and building diversity and inclusive for women’s rugby.

    Our charity work

We believe that by working with the right organisations we can help communities and individuals to become more resilient and bring about positive change.

Allianz works globally to raise money for The Red Cross, in the UK we raise money for Mind and locally we support a range of charities in our communities via the Allianz Community Fund and Allianz Sports Fund. Every employee also gets 20 hours for volunteering each year for causes they are passionate about.

    Our commitment to sustainability

We work hard to ensure that the way we run our business enables us to have a positive social and environmental impact on our surrounding communities. We are committed to achieving net zero in our business operations by 2030 and each year we set ourselves performance targets to ensure we are on track to achieve this. We are also:

    • a founding member of the UN convened Net Zero Asset Owners Alliance, committing to achieve net zero across our investments and underwriting portfolios by 2050.
    • committed to reducing our carbon emissions from our offices across the UK and we’ve been carbon neutral since 2012.
    • continue to set ourselves targets including sourcing 99.9% of our electricity from renewable sources by 2023.
