Who we are

Plexus is the world’s biggest Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain recruitment company.

Founded in London in 2017, we have since grown to 50 heads and just opened our Miami office in 2024. We are highly ambitious and plan to continue this progression as we always have done; from the ground up.

Our vision as a company is to not only excel in recruitment but to be an integral part of the industry.

Driven by this ambition, we’ve built and trained a team that’s young, energetic, entrepreneurial, and deeply embedded in the Crypto and Web3 worlds.

What is recruitment?

Recruitment is essentially a combination of sales and consultancy, with elements of marketing and market research thrown in.

We work with companies at the forefront of Web3 technology, and help them to hire experienced, senior people looking for exciting (and lucrative) new opportunities.

We don't require any previous Web3 or recruitment knowledge- we pride ourselves on our training academies, run by our dedicated Learning and Development team, which empowers new graduates to become expert recruiters in our space.
