Looking to kickstart your career in Software Engineering in Edinburgh, Manchester or Newcastle? Intrigued to learn more as to why Accenture is an employer of choice for diversity? On 12th April 2022 we are holding an Empowering Female Futures learning experience for our Software Engineering Graduate Programme.

At Accenture, we feel strongly about the importance of inclusion and diversity. We believe our strength, as a business and as a community, is powered by our people and their diversity of thought. Which is why we have developed the Empowering Female Futures learning series – to support you to learn more about why at Accenture we care about the individual, to help you identify and harness your strengths throughout our assessment process, and to foster a support network amongst female participants, Accenture employees and our recruiters.

The experience is shaped around three pillars

  1. Inspire – have the opportunity to connect with inspiring females across our business. That includes our female Technology Leaders, females currently on our graduate programme, and members of our internal Accent on Gender network. Learn about their personal journeys, experiences, and why they choose Accenture. You’ll also get a sneak peak into the workings of our Innovation Hub – and get insight into how being aware of orthodoxies can help drive technology innovation for our clients!
  2. Inform – learn more about our business, the amazing technology we work with, our culture, the programme you are applying for, and what life is really like at Accenture. You’ll get the opportunity to ask all the questions you might have – whatever they might be!
  3. Educate – hear from our Senior Recruiters about our assessment process, why we adopt Strengths-Based Interviewing (SBI), and how you can prepare for this style of questions.

The core of this learning experience will be a one-day virtual connect on 12th April 2022.
