If you are considering a career in finance and have a strong mathematical background then the Allianz Actuarial Open Day could be of interest to you.
The Open Day will give insight into the world of an Actuary in general insurance and will cover topics such as reserving, pricing and risk management. Anyone can attend but it is particularly suitable for students at university or sixth form with a strong mathematical background. The Day will be split into 7 sessions, each 30 minutes long and each talk will be taken by a different speaker, with all speakers currently working at Allianz.
The event is also free to attend and can be attended from your own home
