Research has shown that members of the LGBT+ community who feel they have to hide their identities at work suffer disproportionally from stress and dissatisfaction in their careers.
At Baker McKenzie we are passionate about everyone being their authentic self at work. At this Open Day you’ll hear from LGBT+ lawyers at Baker McKenzie and learn about their personal stories, and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. The Open Day will include interactive workshops, practice group overviews, application tips, and networking opportunities with partners, associates, and trainee solicitors. Following the open day we want you to feel confident about submitting applications for Training Contracts and to have an understanding of the support provided throughout your journey.
