The Barclays Festival gives you the chance to go behind-the-scenes of our world-class offices, network with peers and senior business leaders and find out more about opportunities, from Operations to Technology, and everything in between.
What is Barclays Festival?
The Barclays Festival is an unmissable event series, and you’re invited. Taking place at Barclays offices across the UK, this festival will give you the unique opportunity to experience life at Barclays and learn about the range of different career paths that you can take.
- The festival experience will include everything from a selfie station to festival merch, giving you the freedom to spend time with your peers whilst learning all about Barclays. The business area pop ups will give you the insight you need to learn all about the different teams at Barclays, from Technology, to Operations, to Compliance – meet the experts at Barclays that are at the heart of innovation that can help you explore where you best fit.
- Our state-of-the-art offices – from Glasgow, to Knutsford, to Northampton – have been built with colleague experience at the heart. From on-site restaurants and gyms, to bee-keeping apiaries and rooftop bars, you’ll get a unique opportunity to see the offices and get a feel for what working at Barclays could look like as a graduate, intern or apprentice.
- At Barclays, we’re committed to giving you the tools to be your best. We take a whole-person approach to wellbeing and recognise there are many factors that contribute to all of our health. Experience wellbeing at Barclays at the festival by joining one of our wellness workshops.
- Hear from employee resource group members about the different networks available at Barclays, from the award-winning LGBTQ+ network Spectrum to the gender network WIN, you can discover how to belong at Barclays in a culture where true inclusion thrives.
- If you’re thinking about applying for an Internship or Apprenticeship at Barclays, the Barclays Festival will give you the unique opportunity to talk to Barclays recruiters, leaders and colleagues to ensure you have all the information you need to apply.
About Glasgow
- Our brand-new state-of-the-art campus in Glasgow is somewhere you'll want to work.
