We’re advancing energy as we know it – and transforming the breadth of opportunities on offer to the next generation of female engineers. 

In 2018, women still only account for just 9% of the professional engineering workforce. At BP, we believe in the power of change - are you ready to join us in raising the bar for female engineers?

We’d like to invite you to an inspiring day of talks, workshops and networking in which you’ll have the chance to see what your engineering future could look like. 

Together, we’ll explore the reasons why a more diverse workforce is essential as BP navigates the challenging energy landscape. How it’s talent like yours that can keep the world moving – both now and in years to come.
