Unlike other events, the Bright Network Growth Associate Demo Day will allow you to go through the application process for a number of companies at the same time without the need for lengthy application forms, delayed responses, multiple interviews, etc.
What's more - you'll be more than just a CV. You will be able to show why you're the perfect match in person, by doing relevant tasks and having direct conversations!
Who Should Apply
Our partner firms want to meet the most exciting graduates in the UK who are hungry for results. The Growth Associate Demo Day is perfect for anyone strategically minded, with a growth mindset and that is willing to get stuck in closing new business deals.
Requirements:
- You are a University graduate or due to graduate in summer 2019
- You have some experience working in sales/a customer facing environment
- You have the unrestricted right to work in the UK
- You want to work for a Start Up
- You are ready to start within the next 2 months
- You are hard working and results-driven
Itinerary
8.30 - 10.00 - Breakfast/Briefing
10.00 - 10.30 - Team Pitch
10.30 - 11.30 - Group Task
The group task is designed to showcase and test attributes like teamwork, communication, commercial awareness and mental agility.
11.30 - 13.30 - Reverse Careers Fair & Networking Lunch
You will prepare a “market stall” at which to sell yourself to representatives from our partner firms.
13.30 - 14.00 - Feedback
14.00 - 14.30 - Interview Preparation
14.30 onwards - Interviews
