Application deadline was 2nd November 2023, 11:59pm

This year we're excited to host four in-person conferences in our London office, each designed with a particular audience in mind.

We've partnered with a variety of organisations, speakers, and internal Clifford Chance teams to help you learn more about life at Clifford Chance ahead of applying to either SPARK or our Training Contract.

We recognise there's only so much you can find out about the realities of the work and role from a website.

We've specially curated our conferences to give you a more in depth and well-rounded insight into our firm. Each conference explores a different aspect of our business from the varied perspectives of people across the firm and beyond.

We encourage you to take a look and make the most of these invaluable sessions in preparation for any applications you are planning to make to the firm.

ACCEPT

We're proud to have been ranked number one in this year's Stonewall top 100 Employers list that celebrates exceptional employers who are committed to supporting their LGBTQ+ employees and championing LGBTQ+ equality across the UK. ACCEPT is just one way that we demonstrate this commitment.

At ACCEPT you will hear from senior role models and inspirational activists within the LGBTQ+ community. As a LGBTQ+ student and aspiring lawyer, you may be wondering what it's like to be LGBTQ+ in the city and how you can bring your authentic self to work each day. During the conference you will gain exposure to our business, receive practical tips to build your confidence, meet exceptional LGBTQ+ professionals, and hear from the Early Talent team on how to approach the application process. We will be offering a thought-provoking and uplifting agenda which will include panel discussions, exciting guest speakers, and the opportunity to meet other like-minded LGBTQ+ students, trainees, and lawyers.

"National Student Pride has been privileged to partner with Clifford Chance on the ACCEPT conference since its inception. We have been thrilled to partner on a number of discussion panels featuring incredible speakers and activists. Wellbeing, education and opportunity are key elements of our ethos, all of which the team at Clifford Chance have fully integrated into this programme." - Ollie-James Parr, Festival Director, National Student Pride (he/him)
