Between Monday 25 – Thursday 28 October 2021, we'll be hosting a week of virtual events for school leavers, undergraduates and graduates all about supporting you with your physical, mental, financial and personal wellbeing.
Joined by special guests, the daily sessions will each focus on different aspect of wellbeing, providing you with helpful tools and resources so that you can be the best version of yourself. Monday 25 October 2021 - Master Your Mindset

Harnessing her belief that prevention is better than cure, Dr Hazel develops and delivers keynotes and training workshops on wellbeing and mental health topics such as Thriving in Transition.

One of the biggest names in world diving and one of the most popular sportsmen in Great Britain, having won medals including Gold and Bronze at the Olympics.
Tuesday 26 October 2021 - Find Your Balance
Here we’ll be focusing on physical health. You'll have the opportunity to join a cookalong, get fitness tips, learn the five pillars of wellbeing and hear how physical fitness and mental health go hand in hand.

Ella Mills - 4:00-5:00pm
Cookery author, entrepreneur and champion of plant-based eating. With her husband, Matthew, they have created an app, podcast, opened a restaurant, and launched multiple ranges of plant-based food products into stores across the UK and Europe. Ella will be sharing her '4 Pillars of Wellness' with us.

A Nutritional Therapist, healthy eating influencer and author who takes a scientific, holistic and compassionate approach to health and nutrition with a goal of 'making healthy simple'.
Katarina Johnson-Thompson - 6:00-6:30pm
