Register to attend From Bright Network to EY, our first exclusive event with EY, to hear more about this world-class firm which helps organisations make better decisions about business, finance and technology. How? By asking better questions that help us all in building a better working world. From their Discover EY insight experiences, to undergraduate and graduate programmes, you’ll discover your options and how they’ll help you build the skills you need to shape the rest of your career. You’ll also be able to meet current EY staff across all business areas including Bright Network alumni; hear about their experiences and ask any questions you may have.

• 12:00pm- 12:30pm: Bright Network members log onto the platform and 1:1 member networking
• 12:30pm - 12:45pm: Spotlight on EY
  • We help organisations make better decisions about business, finance and technology. We’ll give you an overview of who we are, our business areas and the programmes we have available for your across our Undergraduate and Graduate roles as well as a flavour of what you can expect for the rest of the afternoon.
• 12:45 - 1:45pm: Spotlight on our People
  • Do you have a burning question about EY that you need an answer to? This session is your opportunity to hear from some former Bright Network members who are now graduates in our firm and find out what EY is like from our EY colleagues.
• 1:45pm - 3:00pm: Spotlight on our Business Areas
  • Through fast pace drop in sessions, you'll have the chance to meet our people from each of our business areas across Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, Tax, and Technology.
    • Deciding where your career path lies can be challenging. We’ll help you understand all of your options so you can make the best choice for you. 
• 3:00pm - 3:15pm: Break
• 3:15pm - 3:45pm: Your fast track application -   Knowing your strengths
  • The world of work is changing, which means the strengths we look for in our people are changing too. During this interactive workshop we'll look at the core strengths that we use to measure new candidates throughout the application process.  You’ll learn what they mean, why we value your natural strengths, and how to develop them for future success.
    • What are core strengths and why are they important? We’ll help you understand and develop the strengths you need to succeed.
• 3:45pm - 4:15pm: Your fast track application - Success at selection
  • We think application processes should be a two-way street. It’s as much you getting to know us as it is us getting to know you. We’ll take you through every stage of our fast track process, from the initial online application through to the final interview stage. You’ll get practical advice from our people and can ask your questions while discovering the opportunities we offer to you, as you start out on your career.
    • Let us give you the tools you need to prepare for a successful application. 
• 4:15pm - 4:30pm: What's next
  • We will provide some final top tips on a successful EY application
