About the programme

We welcome Year 12 and 13 students to apply for a one-day interactive programme during the 2019 February half-term on Thursday 20th February in Cannon St, London. You will gain a broad understanding of what we do and you will find out more about our industry-leading business functions and apprenticeship programmes.

Discover:  Explore the huge range of business functions at Fidelity International, hearing from our current and former apprentices, line managers and our apprenticeship training providers Firebrand and Kaplan. The packed two day event will commence with a day at our Central London office and conclude with a visit to our Kingswood office.

Develop: Start learning about Investment Management as an industry and how each department plays a pivotal role in making Fidelity International the successful organisation that it is. You will have workshops, panel events, building tours and professional advice offered to you.

Learn: Soak up the experience and grow your knowledge and understanding of this fascinating and fast-paced industry through speaking to a wide range of people doing a variety of different jobs. You will also learn what our apprentices have to say regarding their decision to choose an apprenticeship at Fidelity over going to University and where that has taken them, as well as learning about the social aspects of working at Fidelity.

Network: Gain real life experience and long-lasting networks and connections during this enjoyable and informative programme designed to really open your eyes to the opportunities within the Investment Management industry.
